I went on vacation over christmas break to Hawaii and I was so upset because I didn’t lose the weight I planned before I left

But the entire time I was there I didn’t eat a thing and when I did I purged. Because I was under so much pressure to look skinny .. I couldn’t cover up my fat with sweatshirts like I can here

I NEED that motivation.. I need to feel that pressure again as soon as I got back I gained 5 lbs because I was alone and could binge and purge

Motivation is key. I fucking need it, I am so weak without it
